In our quest for the perfect burger, we sought out this hidden gem within the quaint “Passages des Panoramas”, off Grands Boulevard. Small and jam-packed with only French speakers in earshot, we quickly discovered this was a typical French restaurant for locals. From the simple, yet nice variety of French dishes, we chose the escargot and burger trio of Cantal, Blue and Foie Gras. The snails were perfectly plump and tender, swimming in an understated garlic herb butter. The burgers were cooked to a juicy pink medium rare on a tasty barely-toasted bun with a side of the most delicious potato wedges and horseradish sauce. Our favorite was the burger with a generous amount of silky foie gras…decadent! All in all, a wonderful and very “French” experience!
