When we met, we soon discovered that food, wine and travel weren't things we merely enjoyed, but things we LOVED! From day one, we've shared our passion via social media and it was suggested we start blogging, so here we are!

Our Philosophy
Food, Wine and Travel do not always have to be 5-Star, 100 points, or First Class! Of course, the best of the best would be the ultimate indulgence, but we are just as satisfied when we discover everyday values that rock our world! We feel the most important thing is that you eat and drink what you love, whether it's a Filet with a bottle of Petrus or a Burger with a bottle of Blue Moon.

Co-Founder
My love for ethnic food started when discovering all things Cajun while growing up in Louisiana. This love expanded after enlisting in the USMC, traveling the world and living in Japan. Now, as an international airline pilot, I get to explore even more cuisine, across the globe. Although I enjoy dining out, staying in and cooking is just as satisfying, if not more! After meeting Alicia, my passion for all things food, wine and travel became unleashed and I take great pleasure in exploring what the world has to offer with my lovely wife.

Born into a "Foodie Family" with parents who cook, a professional chef cousin and several other relatives who are no stranger to good food and good wine, it was inevitable that I fall in line and share this common love of all things food and wine! Growing up in an airline family, learning to cook the most amazing meals from my diverse family, it's no surprise that I love to eat and drink my way across the globe with my handsome husband, both as a pilot and a passenger.
