After a day filled with errands and no time to cook and in no mood to go out, you can always count on Costco lol. We picked up a rack of babybacks and a bottle of Pommard Bourgogne…
Dry rubbed ribs were so plump and juicy, no sauce was needed. But, the highlight was the wine…ahhhh, the wine… we splurged on a 2011 French Pinot Noir, Bouchard Pere & Fils from Chateau de Beaune. Ripe opulent fruit, rich raspberry and red currant, finishing with firm tannins, this full-bodied Pinot blend was an ample reward to a long day!
